Billing and Subscription Questions
How do I update my payment method?
Update credit or debit card in account dashboard under Billing or Account Settings. Changes take effect immediately.
Can I switch between monthly, annual, or lifetime plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime (takes effect immediately). Downgrades typically apply at current billing period end.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel directly from account dashboard. No further charges made once cancelled.
What happens after I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions: access ends when current paid period ends.
Access loss includes:
- All program modules
- Weekly letters
- Community spaces
- Personal library within platform
Annual and lifetime members retain access per plan duration. Lifetime members retain access permanently.
What happens if a monthly payment fails or is stopped?
Monthly subscriptions require active payments for access. Failed payments trigger automatic retry attempts. After several failures, subscription cancels and access stops.
This distinction reflects difference between temporary access (monthly) and permanent ownership (lifetime).
For full details, review the Pricing and Refund and Cancellation Policy pages.
Community Guidelines
The community space supports fathers working through 52 Letters to My Son. It is not a general discussion forum.
Guidelines:
- Stay focused on the program -- discussion centers on weekly letters, themes, questions, and curriculum challenges.
- No political or religious debates (despite strong convictions, community is not for theology or politics debate).
- Respect confidentiality -- what fathers share stays here.
- No mocking, shaming, or humiliation (building fathers, not posturing or tearing down).
- Write and speak with restraint (clarity, reflection, responsibility -- not impulsive reaction).
- No deception or manipulation (no emotional manipulation, coercion, guilt tactics, or influence strategies).
- Broader theme discussions available over time; currently community supports focused work becoming professional fathers.
